Capstone – Synthesis of Digital Learning & Leadership EDLD-5320

EDLD 5320 represents the culmination of my journey in the Applied Digital Learning program at Lamar University. While this course focuses on leading technological change within learning environments, for me it serves as the synthesis of everything I have learned about intentional design, authentic learning, organizational leadership, and measurable impact.

Throughout this program, I have come to understand that digital learning is not about tools. It is about mindset, structure, and sustainable transformation. Each course contributed a critical layer to my development, from COVA and backward design to action research and change strategy.

This Capstone page represents the integration of my innovation project, Tech Time: My Time in Kindergarten, with the leadership frameworks and research-based practices that now guide my work. It reflects not only what I have accomplished academically, but who I have become professionally.

This is the synthesis of my growth as a digital learner and emerging leader.
