
From Tool Integration to System Redesign
This course marked the beginning of my innovation journey within the Applied Digital Learning program. Through the study of disruptive innovation frameworks, I began to shift my understanding of technology integration from tool implementation to system redesign.
Rather than viewing innovation as adding devices to existing routines, I learned to question whether my instructional practices were truly transforming learning or simply digitizing traditional models. This conceptual shift became the foundation for what would later evolve into Tech Time: My Time in Kindergarten.
