Disruptive Innovation in Technology EDLD-5305
This course challenged me to rethink how innovation can transform education not by adding more tools, but by reimagining how we meet the needs of all learners. Through the study of disruptive models, blended learning, and personalized instruction, I began to see technology not just as support, but as a powerful force for equity and change.
As a kindergarten teacher, this course pushed me to explore how even simple, well-planned innovations can make a meaningful difference in how my students learn and grow.
