This final innovation plan brings together the three essential stages of my project: the Innovation Proposal Letter, the Literature Review, and the Implementation Outline. It reflects months of research, reflection, and design focused on helping kindergarten students become more independent through the purposeful use of technology. This plan is the culmination of a meaningful learning journey and a clear vision for transforming the technology center in my classroom.
