Leading Organization Change EDLD-5304
In this course, I am learning how to understand and lead change within educational organizations. The focus is on exploring different leadership styles, strategies for overcoming resistance, and ways to build a shared vision that supports innovation.
Through EDLD 5304, I am reflecting on my own leadership strengths and learning how to guide others during times of transition. This class is helping me grow as an educational leader who can inspire collaboration, encourage innovation, and support sustainable change in my school community.
