In this assignment, we analyzed the technology integration efforts of Conroe Independent School District (CISD), one of the largest and fastest-growing school districts in Texas. Our case study focused on how Conroe ISD implements digital tools and 1:1 device initiatives to enhance student learning, bridge equity gaps, and support teacher innovation.
This analysis helped me better understand the importance of long-term planning, infrastructure, and professional development in ensuring technology is used meaningfully across all grade levels. As an educator, it also inspired me to reflect on how similar strategies could be adapted to meet the needs of my own school community.
