Who Am I and What Makes Me Tick? – Group Personality Analysis

This collaborative project invited us to explore who we are as individuals and how our personalities influence the way we work, communicate, and lead. Using color-based personality frameworks like E-Colors and True Colors, each member of our group discovered their dominant traits and reflected on how those traits shape their learning and leadership styles.

Working together, we learned to recognize and appreciate our differences. Understanding what motivates each of us helped us collaborate more effectively and strengthened our sense of empathy and teamwork. For me, identifying as a Socializing Thinker gave me greater insight into how I naturally connect with others and how I can better support my students and colleagues.
